When you receive a purchase please check the packing if there is any damage and check the items I sent.

If there is anything wrong please let me know without delay and call or email me because there are different possibilities: You send back the items unused and in original packing within 14 days and I deliver new items or you get your payment back. Or it may also happen that the insurance has to bear the damage.
Based on some bad experiences I deliver orders (except to regular customers) when payment has been received.
